“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it is about learning to dance in the rain.”
I am not defined by my challenges but refined–as a chisel to marble or steel in fire–a work continually in progress. Life is still filled with moments that take my breath, usually unexpected & simple. I have called diverse locations home. Blessed to experience a myriad of natural beauty and social cultures, I continually grow, learning from difference.
I have a deep love for God, my family, and call very few friend. Having eclectic tastes in people, entertainment, food, and music, (to name just a few), preference is based on mood–country casual to city chic. A one word description, I am an anomaly. Personality quirks: insatiable curiosity, dark or overactive sense of humor, easily bored, impatience with unfairness or blatant stupidity. Faults: too many to list. Attributes: still thinking, open to suggestions. 😉
Welcome to the quirking of my mind, my life. I hope you take away something of benefit: understanding, encouragement, or a smile.
May God bless,
May today gift you with one memory worth reliving, one thing to bring a smile, the chance to share love, & the wisdom to recognize opportunity.
“I am still determined to be cheerful and happy, in whatever situation I may be; for I have also learned from experience that the greater part of our happiness or misery depends upon our dispositions, and not upon our circumstances.” ~Martha Washington~
